  • Comment: The one touch web access button was the main reason I chose this Sony model. I am dissapointed it is not there but the laptop is still very good. I like the design, the hardware and its size. It is very quiet and only gets hot at the rear on the left where the vent outlet is situated which doesn't bother me at all. I have used it heavely for the last month and had no problems with it whatsoever. Would be perfect with the web button, but without it I give it 4 stars.

  • Comment: As with the previous reviewers, I purchased this item for the non-existent Fast Web Access key. After waiting 2 weeks for it to arrive and paying the required non-refundable GST tax to Jersey Customs, I had to then go to the effort of returning it to Amazon.

    Although this time wasting exercise was due to an incorrect description of the product by Amazon,I was understandably unhappy to be informed that it could now be another two weeks before I finally receive a refund to allow me to purchase the product that I require.

    I am also very concerned to be told that because I arranged to drop the returning item to the DHL depot (With all the required paperwork) rather than arranging for them to collect it, (Their depot is nearby and I was passing) Amazon may now consider me to be liable for this item, should it somehow become mislaid! I had, however already agreed this course of action with the operative who kindly provided me with the returns documentation.

    With this level of customer service, I will not, as previously intended, be purchasing my replacement laptop from Amazon.

  • Comment: Mis-information on amazon site around product spec. Technical details say that it has the one touch web access button when both Sony website and Sony call centre have confirmed this item does not have that function.

    I see this as Mis-selling by amazon, very disappointed as this one touch web access button is the reason I ordered this model. In additon the laptop has more noise than my existing Samsung and the output for the fan is on the side of the laptop which gets in the way of my hand when typing so isnt ideal having warm air flowing out from there rather than the rear of the laptop

    I will be returning the item as very disappointed.
